The machine adopts the domestic trap of the computer belt scale and the idea of spiral scale. Computer belt scale through its own load sensor, speed sensor, motor speed control, speed belt speed, so as to realize continuous click automatic quantitative feeding, when the need to change the ratio of raw materials operating personnel only according to a material proportion calculation after adjustment, adjust the control value of the given digital computer, the computer can press the belt weigher the new value of a given continuous feeding or automatic quantitative batching, simple operation, high measurement precision. The microcomputer control system has the function of the instantaneous feeding amount and the cumulative feeding amount, which provides a reliable basis for the operation of the workers and the factory production management. The water supply system uses the water meter to detect, the manual adjustment or the automatic adjustment two kinds of water control ways, adjusts the water quantity of the finished product storehouse, it has the characteristic of wide adjustment range, simple structure, convenient installation and so on.

Automatic control system: this system uses PC industrial control computer, has a good user interface and good man-machine conversation function. Can store and compare the output and other data, and can print the statistical report, to facilitate the on-site management and monitoring. Fault automatic detection system and alarm system, improve the level of the whole machine and the reliability of the whole machine. The control room of the whole seal with air conditioner reduces the labor intensity of the operator and improves the comfort degree of the control personnel.
