The aggregate used loader feeding, bin four large volume, can store four kinds of aggregates, electronic scale measurement. Equipped with a cement silo and an additive bin, composed of four screw conveyor to the metering hopper feeder, cement and additives by electronic scale accumulated measurement. The water from the water pump, electronic scale measurement, increase the pressure pump outlet, to ensure the quality of water supply. The admixture is measured by the corrosion resistant pump supply electronic scale. The station adopts JS2000Z and JS3000Z twin shaft compulsory mixer as the host, with stirring advantages of good quality and high production efficiency, low noise etc.. Electrical appliances using advanced computer control, with automatic, manual two kinds of operation function, complete the batching, metering, feeding, mixing, unloading and other procedures. Automatic compensation with the ratio of storage gap, equipped with a micro printer, can print the ratio of each tank. Management system can be configured according to the needs.
